Digital and Social Media Implements IT’s New Online Help Software

Next time you submit a help request to Digital and Social Media you’ll notice a brand new service form.

In January, Digital and Social Media began using Information Technology’s new online help software called TeamDynamix, which provides campus with an easier way to request technology help or just to ask a question.

Benefits:

  • Your name and department information automatically populates the form saving you time.
  • You can check the status of your request any time and see who is working on it.
  • If you aren’t sure where to go for help, start with the IT service desk and they’ll send the request to us.
  • You’ll receive help more quickly because everyone in Digital and Social Media has access to the requests (vs. being in one person’s email inbox).
